• Upon receipt of your order the trainer will contact you within 2 working days to make arrangements and provide information regarding HRDF claims

2) Basic requirements

• Minimum 1 truck required 
• Participants should already understand the basic operations of  safety, daily checks and basic maintenance
• Personal protective equipment (safety shoes, vests, safety helmets)

3) Modules

• Ensuring that operators are equipped with the knowledge to conduct proper maintenance to ensure the longevity of batteries

4) Notes

• During the operator training, if any accident occurs, the customer will be responsible for all related costs
• Reviewed will be conducted with the customer after the training and a certificate will be issued for participants who pass the tests
