1) Important information

• Please specify the number of people, preferred trucks and dates in the comments section upon checkout
• Upon receipt of your order the trainer will contact you within 2 working days to make arrangements and provide information regarding HRDF claims

2) Basic requirements

• Minimum 1 truck required 
• Participants should already understand the basic operations of forklift trucks, safety, daily checks and basic maintenance
• Customer to provide the practical training site at the warehouse with racking – 30 pallets with empty material
• Personal protective equipment (safety shoes, vests, safety helmets)

• Safety, regulations and procedures
• Truck introduction
• Driving, lifting & loading
• Driving practice
• Theory assessment
• Practical assessment

4) Notes

• During the operator training, if any accident occurs, the customer will be responsible for all related costs
• A review will be conducted with the customer after the training and a certificate will be issued for participants who pass the tests
